======Viewing Your Inventory======

  - Log into the "Reports" section on the dashboard.
  - You should be presented with a list of all computers/devices in you inventory.
  - The "bubbles" in the top left of the page allow you to choose how the list is sorted. Right now, the first bubble "All Computers" is highlighted as a darker blue.
  - To see what each bubble signifies, hover your mouse over it.{{ :report1.png?direct |}}

====Sorting Options====

  * **All Computers:** View all devices in your inventory.
  * **Computers Sorted by TAGs:** Sort the list of devices by TAG.
  * **Groups:** View groups and the devices within those groups.
  * **All Softwares:** View or search through a list of all software organized alphabetically by name.
  * **Search with Various Criteria:** This is an advanced search feature with many cross-category search parameters.

======Viewing Device Details======

  - In the device list, click the **name of the device** under the "Device" column.{{ :report2.png?direct |}}
  - The general details of the device are displayed in the window at the top. You can view more details in a variety of attributes by clicking one of the many bubbles in the middle of the page.
  - To get a full report of every detail of the device, click the **Show Everything** bubble at the bottom of the page.
  - To print any page, click the **Print This Page** bubble at the bottom of the page.{{ :report3.png?direct |}}
