Viewing Your Inventory

Log into the “Reports” section on the dashboard.
You should be presented with a list of all computers/devices in you inventory.
The “bubbles” in the top left of the page allow you to choose how the list is sorted. Right now, the first bubble “All Computers” is highlighted as a darker blue.
To see what each bubble signifies, hover your mouse over it.

All Computers: View all devices in your inventory.
Computers Sorted by TAGs: Sort the list of devices by TAG.
Groups: View groups and the devices within those groups.
All Softwares: View or search through a list of all software organized alphabetically by name.
Search with Various Criteria: This is an advanced search feature with many cross-category search parameters.

Viewing Device Details

In the device list, click the name of the device under the “Device” column.
The general details of the device are displayed in the window at the top. You can view more details in a variety of attributes by clicking one of the many bubbles in the middle of the page.
To get a full report of every detail of the device, click the Show Everything bubble at the bottom of the page.
To print any page, click the Print This Page bubble at the bottom of the page.
